AutoCorrect: automatically corrects common spelling errors as you type

Toggle: to switch back and forth between 2 features

AutoText: feature that lets you automatically insert selections of text of graphics into a document.

Full-block business letter: all lines start flush with the left margin

Modified-block business letter: certain lines start at the center of the page

 

Tabs

Left: text starts flush with the tab

Right: text ends flush with the tab

Center: text is aligned at the center of the tab

Decimal: decimal points are aligned with the tab

Bar: text starts 1/10” to the right of the bar

 

 

 

 

Cases

There are 5 different cases you can easily switch to by highlighting the appropriate text and selecting format then change case. They are:

·   Sentence case: First character in sentence is upper case

·   Lowercase: all characters are lower case

·   UPPERCASE: ALL CHARACTERS ARE UPPER CASE

·   Title Case: First Character In Each Word Is Uppercase

·   tOGGLE cASE: cASE iS rEVERSED fOR aLL cHARACTERS


When you open documents from my folder, they open in read-only mode, which means you cannot save any revisions to this document. This mode is particularly useful when multiple people are using the same document.
