Hospitality and Tourism Term Assignment

Each student will create a scrapbook of the eight sectors of Hospitality and Tourism. You will include 5 articles and advertisements (newspapers, magazines, internet, tourist brochures etc) that relate to the sector with no more than 2 advertisements in each. Each sector will begin with a title page that is creative and is typical of the sector being done. Each sector will be valued at 10 and the finished book will be given an additional mark of 20 for a total of 100 points.
