Citizenship Award

Rationale Award
Kennebecasis Valley High School offers grade twelve students the opportunity to attain a citizenship award which recognizes an outstanding contribution to the
school and community. The award was established to encourage our senior students to become well-rounded and responsible individuals, as well as to strengthen
ties between KVHS and our community.

In order to receive a Citizenship Award, a student must be nominated by a teacher in the school. Teachers nominate students who in some way have volunteered
considerable amounts of their time, energy and enthusiasm in order to improve the lives of ours, both here at school and/or in the greater community. Nominated
students will be recognized at graduation each June.
