  • Create an improved way of doing things
  • Ex: Henry Ford
• Managers
  • 4 main functions (plan, lead, direct and supervise)
• Administrators
  • NOT entrepreneurs!!!
  • Make sure business runs smoothly
• Entrepreneurs may fall into many of these categories overtime
• Organize physical, financial and human resources to create a new business venture
