Fee Structure:
  • Youth sports:
    • $20 per hour (no lights)
    • $40 per hour (with lights)
  • Adult sports:
    • $50 per hour (no lights)
    • $70 per hour (with lights)

Lights will be turned on 30 minutes prior to sunset to allow time for proper warm-up before dark and will turn off automatically at 10 p.m. The lights will only be activated if there is a scheduled booking.

Fee payment must be made prior to field use and can be done by dropping off cash or a cheque payable to XXXXXXX at KVHS (at the office?). Payment can be made online with a credit card via the Usher Miller Fields page on the KVHS website.

All user groups are required to place a $XXX.00 bond, a $XXX deposit, and sign a contract stating they will abide by the rules and regulations of field use. Rules and regulations must be followed in order to maintain further booking privileges, removal of bond, and return of deposit. (Are we asking for a bond and a deposit – what’s the difference?)

A receipt, set of rules and regulations, and waiver/bond/contract will be emailed to the user group. Field Booking: All field time will be scheduled through the KVHS Athletic Director Nancy Morrison. Nancy can be contacted via email at ushermillerfields@gmail.com.
